We send orders via Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days and they should be with you in 2-7 working days. We'll let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you’d like a speedier or signed for service please get in touch before you place your order. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday.
It is your responsibility to check your shipping address on the confirmation page to ensure it is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be liable to pay for the order to be resent.
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Free UK Shipping threshold
All UK orders over £35 receive free shipping.
Orders can be collected from our studio in Leyton E10 6AE. Either tick the box to collect from studio or use the code LOCAL at checkout so you don't get charged for postage and we'll be in touch to arrange collection.

When you come to collect please have your order number to hand. On arrival please ring the large grey bell to the left of the entrance or knock on the glass door. Collection is available Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm and at other times via prior arrangement over email.
Mean Mail ships internationally via Royal Mail. The price is calculated by the weight of the items at checkout. We charge for postage and packaging at cost. Deliveries usually take 5-10 working days during normal posting conditions to arrive but can take up to one month. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office on arrival.

International Shipping costs

We want you to be happy with your Mean Mail. If you're dissatisfied please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. All items will need to be unopened in their original packaging in saleable 'as new' condition.
We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do this please contact us as soon as possible - firstname.lastname@example.org
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
